Public Notice: Photography & Videography at Roseman University College of Medicine White Coat Ceremony
Please be advised that photography and videography will be taking place throughout Roseman University College of Medicine’s White Coat Ceremony. By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and grant permission for the use of your image and likeness for promotional and archival purposes by the University.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please kindly inform a member of the media team at the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Information for Students
Students should arrive between 1:30 鈥� 1:45 pm and enter through the venue's side entrance. Students MUST arrive no later than 1:45 pm to be included in the group photo. Professional Dress is required. Students will be walking down a flight of stairs during the Procession. If this presents an issue, please notify us in advance so accommodations can be made.
