We understand that building a self-care practice and working on your wellbeing is a personalized experience.  No one app, offering, or resource will be right for everyone. We encourage you to explore a variety of options and practices.  Below are some recommendations for free apps and resources that may be a good fit for you and your lifestyle.

Online therapy where you can regularly communicate with a therapist. Contracted with employee insurance and no-cost access for Roseman University students and residents.
